These terms govern use of the public ArtScience website. Contracted software, implementation, support and other services are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement or service terms.
1. Website content
Website information is provided for general business and marketing purposes. Service capabilities, project scope, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing for each engagement.
2. Regulatory statements
References to POPIA, QCTO, SETA, DHET, DoL/UIF, audit readiness or similar requirements describe design considerations and system-support capabilities. They do not by themselves constitute accreditation, registration, certification or legal advice.
3. Intellectual property
ArtScience branding, website design, original platform concepts and proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners except where a contract states otherwise.
4. External links
The site links to client, partner and platform websites. ArtScience is not responsible for third-party availability, content or privacy practices.
5. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a website form does not create a service contract. Work starts only after scope, commercials and contractual terms have been agreed.
