2. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess project or partnership fit, prepare demos or proposals, and maintain appropriate business records.
3. Service providers
Website forms may use third-party form-processing infrastructure. Information submitted through the forms can therefore be transmitted to that service for delivery to ArtScience.
4. Security and retention
We aim to apply proportionate technical and organisational controls. Information should not be kept longer than required for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legitimate business and legal requirements.
